If your product arrived damaged please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement. Please have photos ready of how your package arrived and the contents. We may also issue a credit in place of broken items.
Refunds will be issued per damaged item minus discounts and shipping.
Our products can be refunded within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
• The product was purchased in the last 7 days
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Prepaid subscriptions are final. If your subscription is cancelled you will not be billed for future shipments but you will still receive the remaining amount of boxes left in your plan.
Subscription cancellations must be made prior to your subscription renewal date. If you complete the cancellation process after the subscription renews, the cancellation will go into effect immediately, but you will still be billed for and receive your last box.
